Final Sale Policy
All sales are final. Due to the delicate and personal nature of our jewelry, Zaree Jewelry does not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or incorrect sizing.
We strongly encourage you to:

Examine product photos, dimensions, and material descriptions thoroughly.
The only exceptions to this policy are for items covered by our 6-Month Quality Guarantee or items damaged in transit.
Zaree Jewelry 6-Month Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality and materials of every piece. Zaree Jewelry is 100% tarnish-free guaranteed for six (6) months, beginning from the original delivery date of your order.
If Tarnish Occurs:

Notification: You must notify us via email at zareecompany@gmail.com within the 6-month period.

Evidence: Please include your original order number and attach a clear photo of the tarnished item.

Replacement: Upon verification, we will issue a one-time, complimentary replacement for the specific item. The cost of the jewelry itself is covered by the guarantee.

Shipping Fee: The customer is responsible for a flat-rate shipping fee of to cover the cost of shipping the replacement item.
This guarantee covers material defects only (e.g., tarnishing, fading). It does not cover physical damage such as bending, scratching, breakage, or loss due to misuse or wear and tear.
Damaged Items Upon Arrival
We take great care in packaging, but occasionally, items can be damaged during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged:

Immediate Contact: You must notify us within 48 hours of your delivery date.

Required Evidence: Email us at zareecompany@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photos of:

The damaged jewelry item.

The exterior shipping box and packaging.

Resolution: Once verified, we will either issue a full refund (including shipping) or send a replacement item at no cost to you.
Important Notes

Custom/Personalized Items: All personalized, custom, or engraved items are always final sale, and not covered by the 6-Month Tarnish Guarantee unless a clear manufacturing defect is present upon arrival.

Missing Documentation: To protect our brand, we reserve the right to refuse any claim if we suspect fraud or if the evidence provided is insufficient to verify the issue.
